The site is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Phone calls may be answered through a call routing platform (Five9 or equivalent) for dispatch. Payments processed on-site go through Stripe or Square. Each provider has its own privacy policy and security practices and only receives the information necessary to perform its function.
This site uses a minimal set of cookies: session cookies for navigation, plus an analytics cookie that does not store personally identifying information. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting the ability to call dispatch.
Customer contact records and job files are kept for seven years for warranty, tax, and insurance purposes. Form submissions that did not result in a job are deleted after twelve months. Analytics data is aggregated and retained per the provider's default retention window.
You can request a copy of the information we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements).
